TUI fly Belgium formerly known as Jetairfly is a Belgium airline which is a subsidiary of the TUI Group and part of the TUI Airlines. TUI fly Belgium provides for 3 travel classes:
Economy Class: TUI provides customers with three types of economy services on all short and medium-haul flights.
Economy Class with Standard service, including catering.
Economy Class with a buy-on-board menu which includes snacks and beverages.
Economy Class with Service Plus/VIP selection, offering premium meals, complimentary alcohol, newspaper and access to the Brussels-Zaventem Airport lounge, with
Economy + Class comes with extra legroom and enhanced services.
Comfort Class: The cabin class on long-haul flights provides passengers with lounge access and access to the fast security lane at Brussels-Zaventem Airport which comes with amenity kits, extra legroom and complimentary alcohol.
Premium Club: The cabin class which is available only on long-haul flights have access to the lounge, security fast lanes and receive complimentary alcohol, newspaper and amenity kits.
Baggage allowance
Passengers are allowed to carry hand baggage which can weigh up to 10 kgs and the check-in bag can weigh up to 20-32 kgs for domestic flights according to the chosen fare option. Passengers can read about excess luggage allowance and additional charges here. Check-in

TUI fly Belgium offers all passengers on long-haul flights with the Video on Demand programming system which allows passengers to select an play video/audio content such as movies and TV shows. TUI fly Belgium provides assistance for guests with special needs, Infants, expectant mothers, unaccompanied minors and any pre-departure arrangements. Passengers in need of mobility support will be provided with a wheelchair and/or Ambulift services during the flight. Refund and Cancellation
