About
LOT Polish Airlines is the national flag carrier of Poland and has been in operations since 1929 making it one of the worlds oldest airlines that is still in operation today. Their main hub is Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport from where they fly to over 100 destinations across Europe, Asia and North America. The airline operates with a fleet size of 73, mainly made up of Boeing 787's, Bombardier Q400s and Embraer 195's. LOT is a member of the Star Alliance and their frequent Flyer service is Miles and More is shared with Star Alliance member airlines. LOT operates a hub at Warsaw International Airport.

Alliance
Star Alliance was founded in May 1997, it is one of the world's largest global airline alliances. Headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, currently have 27 member airlines who have over 670 million passengers per year. LOT allows guests to earn and redeem miles across Star Alliance's carriers airlines. Passengers can access lounges depending on the type of flight ticket and frequent flyer status or class of travel.

LOT Polish Airlines has been awarded the most trustworthy brand for the fourth time in a row. The airline is considered the most punctual airline in the world. The Best Airline in Poland for the year 2014, 2015 and 2016 and the best central and Eastern European airline by Business Traveller.

Class of Travel
LOT Polish Airlines provides three classes of travel;
Business Class - LOT Polish Airlines offers guests are received with priority check-in, Fastrack boarding and fast baggage arrival on landing. All business class seats come equipped with a power socket and an individual onboard entertainment system.
Premium Economy Class - Luxury with the world-class services at an affordable class, in the Premium Economy class guests can relax in the semi recliner seats with adjustable footrest and headrest.
Economy Class- LOT Polish Airlines provides all guests with seats equipped with in-seat power socket, USB port and onboard entertainment system.

Baggage allowance
Economy class passengers are allowed 10kgs for carry-on and 23 kgs for checked-in luggage.
Premium Economy class passengers are allowed 10kgs for carry-on and 3 bags up to 32 kg each for checked-in luggage.

Frequent Flyer Program
Miles & More is the frequent flyer programme, which is also Europe's largest frequent flyer programme. Members can earn miles travelling across all Eurowings flights. Members can also enjoy miles while planning holidays, movies, hotels and car rentals.

In-flight Services
LOT Sky Bar offers guests meals, snacks and drinks at affordable prices onboard. Guests can pre-book their meals prior to departure for a hassle-free time. Fine spirits and variety of red, white and rose wine is offered to match the meal and taste requirements.

Check-in
Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in online 36 hrs to 5 hrs to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can check-in online 36 hrs to 5 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time

Onboard Support
LOT Polish Airline provides assistance for passengers with special needs. Wheelchairs, airport assistance during check in are provided by on ground staff. Passengers can choose a service that best suits their need. Expectant mothers and parents of unaccompanied children are requested to read the airlines policy prior to boarding.

Refund & Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking ONLY through LOT Polish Airline sales’ offices and website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
